Pumpkin Spice Base

Ingredients
  

  • 210 grams pumpkin puree
  • 150 grams light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla aroma
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar and spices in a small bowl until a smooth paste has formed.
  • Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge until you need to use it.
  • The pumpkin spice base will last up to two weeks.
