pumpkin spice base

espresso
squirty cream
cinnamon
Instructions
Measure milk in your favourite mug (leave a little bit of space at the top for your espresso shot and the squirty cream).
Put the milk in a saucepan and heat it slowly on a low fire.
Add a tablespoon of the pumpkin spice base (see my previous blogpost/recipe) and whisk the mixture until it is nice and creamy.
When the milk is nearly at your desired temperature, make sure to prepare an espresso shot of coffee in your mug.
Add the milk to the mug (you can sieve it if you want to avoid any bits from the pumpkin puree).
Top it up with some squirty cream and dust some cinnamon over it.
